Bachelors of education from Government College of Teacher’s education Belgaum Karnataka University. NET Eligibility Pass in the year of 2005 (SOCIOLOGY). D.Lit.( Honorary doctorate from IVAPE (Unit of NitiAyoga) Govt. of India. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D (psychology) from Sabaramati university (Gujarat).
He has 22+ years of experience as teacher, lecturer, professor and principal in various educational institutions. He has served as a Panel Board Member of prestigious schools and colleges. He is also a resource person in psychology and has conducted plenty of seminars, workshops and counseling sessions for students, parents and number of teaching fraternities.
He is one of founder director of Samruddhi Career Academy Pvt Ltd which is a corporate educational company responsible for training students and teachers.
He is also awarded by several organizations and associations like Guruvandana Puruskar, Bapuji Seva Ratna, Samskrut Seva Poshaka Ratna Award, Best Teacher Award etc.
Writing is his passion. To acknowledge this, there are many articles related to psychology, literature, social issues etc in various magazines and news letters.
He has been appointed as a jury member for many state, university level debate competitions.
He is the voice of the teaching community. Through his support and active participation as vice president of Karnataka ICSE School teachers association, nominated as Chief Patron for Karnataka State Private Teachers & College Lecturers Association Bengaluru.
He is instrumental in enhancing teaching skills and subject knowledge.

Mr. Manjesh Kumar is the General Secretary of United Group Charitable Trust ®. He has completed his B. E. (Electronics and communications Engineering) from Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan affiliated to Mysore University.
He has a rich work experience of 20 years in telecommunications Industry. He has worked with major telecom vendors and service providers such as Reliance Communications, Huawei, Alcatel Lucent, Zee group, etc.,. He is currently working as a Service Delivery Manager at Huawei Technologies India Pvt. Ltd.
Throughout his schooling and college days, he was inspired by many teachers and professors by their dedication, art of teaching and sharing their valuable knowledge to mould their future generation as skilled professionals and good citizens of the country. Thus he loved teaching and had a strong desire of becoming a teacher or professor in future. But he had to study engineering as desired by his elders and well wishers.
To fulfill the dream of contributing his level best to the education world with his ability and experience, he has entered the education field by becoming a trustee/secretary of United Group Charitable Trust. He has come up with a strong ambition of doing his best by providing value education to all classes of the society.
